General Shipping & Delivery Terms
All parcels are delivered by courier service. Store pick up is not available.
If the dispatch day falls on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, dispatch will be on the next working day.
All transit times are subject to courier transport conditions and volume of parcels traffic.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
In case the courier service returns the parcel due to the wrong address, we will contact the customer immediately through phone or email. Shipping fees are payable by customer for re-delivery. The order is considered complete if there is no reply at all for 7 days. After 7 days, re-delivery is applicable depending on stock availability or refund will be issued should stock go out.
Q: When will I receive my order?
After your order is verified and payment has been cleared (immediate for online banking option or bank deposit option via ATM machine), we will ship out your order within the following time frame (except Sundays and Public Holidays):
West Malaysia: 2-3 working days
East Malaysia: 7-10 working days
International: 7-14 working days
1. Your tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours with the details of the courier partner in the same notification e-mail or WhatsApp. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
2. Farming Hero shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to collect your delivery, our delivery company may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the delivery company.
Q: What are the shipping/delivery rates?
Local / Malaysia Shipping
Farming Hero charges a flat RM10 shipping/delivery rate per order for deliveries to the whole of West Malaysia (large volume / heavy weight / drone product might have additional shipping charge).The delivery rate to Sabah / Sarawak is counted by weight, optional shipping cost will be shown at product page if applicable.
International shipping is via Fedex, DHL, Janio or Aramex. Estimated shipping travel time is 7-14 business days. Shipping cost can be checked by adding the product to your shopping cart, registration is not required.
Q: When do you ship out the items?
For in stock items, we ship out on the same day if order and payment are received before 3.00pm Malaysia time. Please contact Farming Hero if you did not receive your parcel within 5 working days after shipping out. Farming Hero is not responsible for parcels unclaimed after a month from the shipped date.
For special order items (or pre-order items), please allow 3-14 days for delivery (depending on supplier's stock availability). In most cases, products will be obtained and shipped out within a week. Farming Hero will offer a full refund if the special order item is unable to be delivered from our supplier within the 2 weeks period.
Farming Hero is not responsible for customer's loss or damages due to the result of late delivery / inability to deliver / cancellation of an order. In some cases there might be a longer delay in delivering a stock. Please contact us if you did not get your order within 2 weeks of placing your order. While Farming Hero has tried her best effort in ensuring the stock status accuracy online, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the stock status shown. Q: What’s your business hours?
We operate daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday), the shipping cut off time is 3:00 PM on business days . Any order made after 3:00 PM will be brought forward to the next working day. The delivery times are counted based on working days.
Q: Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays.
Q: Can I cancel my order after the order has been shipped?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
